Bristol Dial a Ride
Door to Door transport to any destination in Bristol.
The citywide dial-a-ride service is provided for residents of Bristol, however they provide a range of transport services for all disabled and older people, organisations and communities in Bristol, South Gloucestershire, Bath & NE Somerset and North Somerset 
Bookings taken the day before transport is needed on a first come first served basis
Membership is open to residents of Bristol (must pay Council Tax to Bristol City Council) who find it difficult or impossible to use public transport due to reasons of limited mobility or communication impairment.  Members then travel free after showing a travel card (bus pass) to the driver.  For members without a travelcard the maximum fare is £1.60 per journey.

Weston Wheels
Weston and District Community Transport provides transport solutions for the elderly, disabled and/or disadvantaged in the Weston-super-Mare area. All the vehicles are wheelchair accessible. As well as running the dial a ride scheme in Weston-super-Mare they also run Weston Wheels.
Weston wheels is a hospital / medical centre car service co-ordinated by volunteers. This service provides transport to and from the Bristol hospitals on a cost recovery, not for profit basis (currently 45 pence per mile). Telephone: 01934 629657

Green Community Travel
Previously known as Yate, Sodbury and District Community Transport.  GCT provides Ring & Ride, User Group, Youth Partnership and Voluntary Car Scheme services. They travel throughout South Gloucestershire but popular destinations include Badminton, Horton, Coalpit Heath, Codrington, Dodington, Frampton Cotterell, Frenchay, Hambrook, Hawkesbury Upton, Iron Acton, Latteridge, Rangeworthy, Wickwar, Sodbury, Westerleigh, Winterbourne and Yate. Transport must be booked at least one day before you travel.
To travel independently with Green Community Travel, you must first complete and return our registration form.  If you do not have a Diamond Travel Card, there is a small registration fee.
Transport is available every day, except on Bank Holidays.  Monday - Friday, we operate until 10.30 pm, Saturdays between 9 am and 5 pm and on Sundays between 10 am and 5 pm.

RSVP West is a region of RSVP (Retired and Senior Volunteer Programme, part of the national volunteering charity Volunteering Matters). The area includes Bristol, North Somerset, Gloucestershire, South Gloucestershire, Bath & North East Somerset and Swindon.
RSVP West includes a volunteer drivers group.  Volunteers use their own car to collect and return home people with mobility difficulties.  The drivers groups cover the main towns in North Somerset as well as many rural areas where bus services are poor or non-existent. Transport can include geting to medical appointments in hospitals and local doctors’ surgeries and other appointments locally and in Weston-super-Mare and Bristol.  The scheme also lends aids to the community, such as wheel chairs, walking aids, children’s cots, high chairs etc.

Bristol Car Clubwheelchair accessible car hire
Car hire from Bristol Car Club provides wheelchair accessible vehicles specially designed to accommodate at least one passenger in a wheelchair, and up to four other passengers. Whilst the vehicles have been adapted for wheelchair users, the vehicles are not restricted to use by disabled people.  You can hire a wheelchair accessible car by the hour, by the day or for complete weeks

Kingswood community transport
Kingswood Community Transport is a charity that provides demand-responsive transport for the residents of South Gloucestershire.  
They provide a flexible form of travel to meet the needs of the residents of the area. The services provided are tailored to customer needs and they provide accessible vehicles for people who cannot easily use public transport or who are transport-disadvantaged. The following services are provides: Dial-&-Ride, doctors and hospital shuttle, group hire, driver training.  Membership fee and annual renewal is set at £20.

Accessible Transport for You
Accessible Transport for You based in Fishponds, Bristol is a not for profit and community interest company that aims to provide stress free, door to destination and return if necessary from South West of England to anywhere in the UK mainland. Door to door accessible transport for people with supportive and safe transport.  The service runs 365 days a year and all hours, including Christmas and Bank holidays.

To be a member you can book the service for regular journeys in advance and do not need to telephone again unless you need to cancel the booking. Typical trips: Hospital, dentist, shopping, respite/holiday breaks, sport activities, social events etc.

Four Towns Vale Link Community Transport

Four Towns Vale Link Community Transport is a charity that provides transport to members of the community who for whatever reason cannot use existing transport services. They provide essential travel for Diamond Travel Card holders as well as social trips for leisure. If you do not have a Diamond Travel Card you may still be able to become a member of 4T&VL and pay to use the service. Membership costs £10.00 per year. Diamond Travel Card holders travel with a £2 charge per passenger, per journey, payable to the driver on local journeys. For more information about obtaining a Diamond Travel card contact South Gloucestershire Council.

People who use the services need to live in the FourTowns and Vale Link area. This area covers: Almondsbury, Alveston, Aust, Bradley Stoke, Charfield, Cromhall, Falfield, Filton, Frampton Cotterell, Hallen, Hill, Oldbury on Severn, Olveston, Patchway, Pilning, Severn Beach, Rockhampton, Stoke Gifford, Thornbury, Tortworth, Tytherington, Winterbourne. At least one of the following must be applicable to you: aged 60 years or more, have special needs, be on benefits, have access problems, be a Diamond Travel Card Holder.
